Months after a Cincinnati judge dismi sed menacing charges against Bengals running back Joe Mixon for an alleged road rage incident in January, Cincinnati police said the case is being reopened Friday.The first degree misdemeanor charge was refiled Friday, with a court date of April 19 for Mixon.A first degree misdemeanor is the most serious degree of misdemeanor charge."This decision was reached following the discovery of new evidence during the investigative proce s," Cincinnati police said in a statement, .
