If employees forget their NewJetNet login information, there are a few things they can do:
They can click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and enter their user ID. American airline's jetnet login will then send them instructions to reset their password.
They can contact the American Airlines Employee Service Center for help. Representatives can verify the employee's identity and issue a new temporary password.
