I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how emotional control plays a huge role in trading success — and interestingly, I found an unusual way to practice it: simulation games.
One that stood out to me is Bus Simulator Ultimate. It may sound unrelated to trading at first, but hear me out.
In this game, you’re responsible for managing a virtual bus company — handling traffic, dealing with customer complaints, staying on schedule, and making smart financial decisions. It’s surprisingly stressful at times, and requires a great deal of patience and focus.
Much like trading, the game demands:
While it’s obviously not a trading simulator, I genuinely believe games like these can help sharpen the mindset we need in the markets.
