How Many Treasures of the Mystic Sea Levels Are There?

I recently started playing and I’m curious about the total number of treasures of the mystic sea levels. Is there a fixed amount, or do the developers keep adding more with updates? I’d like to know how far I can go and if the game has enough content to keep me engaged long-term. Any insight from experienced players would be great.
