I’m fairly new to Hat Embroidery Digitizing and looking to improve the quality of my cap designs. I’ve noticed that hats can be a bit tricky compared to flat garments, especially when it comes to stitch alignment and design placement.

Here are a few things I’m hoping to get help with:

1. What are the best practices for digitizing logos specifically for curved surfaces like caps?
2. Are there certain stitch types or densities that work better for hats?
3. How do you deal with seam placement on structured caps?
4. Do you recommend any particular hooping techniques or stabilizers for better results?
