Hi there. Yesterday I saw a virtual reality option on a competitor's online store. Do you think consumers really need this option? Do any of you use it? We sell expensive rugs through an online store with nationwide shipping.

When I see 3D or AR technology in an online store, I always use it, it's just cool and interesting. Can it affect sales? I don't know because I haven't researched it and I've never worked in sales. I think it might have more of an impact than not. I see virtual reality in retail stores more and more these days, especially in furniture, arts and crafts, and clothing stores.
