I recently visited the Jalan Loyang Besar EC Showflat and I’ve got to say—it exceeded my expectations! From the smart layout of the units to the quality of finishes, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The developers clearly put a lot of emphasis on space efficiency and natural lighting.
The location is also quite attractive—close to amenities and nestled in a peaceful part of Loyang. I found the layout of the 3-bedroom units particularly impressive, especially with the open-concept kitchen and integrated storage.
