  • Seeking Advice on the Best Reiki Training Programs

    Hello everyone,

I’m interested in starting my journey with energy healing and have been researching different options for reiki training. I’d love to hear your experiences or recommendations on reputable courses or teachers, whether in-person or online. What should I look for in a quality program?

How long does proper training usually take, and what kind of certification is recognized?

Also, any tips on practicing after training would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!

Hi! Great to hear you’re interested in Reiki. It’s a wonderful practice. When looking for reiki training, choose courses taught by certified Reiki Masters with good reviews or personal recommendations. A quality program usually includes both theory and hands-on practice plus attunements. Training often happens in levels (Level 1, 2, and Master) with Level 1 taking a weekend or a few days but becoming confident takes ongoing practice. Certifications vary but most Reiki schools follow the traditional Usui Reiki system and certificates from experienced Masters are respected. After training, practice on yourself, friends, or volunteer.
