If you have trouble with connectivity or just want to start anew with the Orbi network, you can do a reset in-between. Resetting an Orbi router restores it back to factory default state and is useful in setting up a new Orbi.
To Reset Orbi Router, look for the Reset button at the back of your device. With a paperclip or similar instrument, press and hold it for approximately 10 seconds. The router's LED light then starts blinking amber, indicating the reset process has commenced. Release the button after you see the flashing light. Now, wait for a few minutes to let the router completely reboot.
Once reset, all configuration set up by the user will disappear, such as Wi-Fi name/password and parental control. You will then have to set up Orbi again via the Orbi app or its online interface. Proceed with the onscreen prompts to reconnect your devices and configure your network.
