As a trader; I often find it challenging to decide which currency pairs to focus on. Should I stick to major pairs like EUR/USD / explore cross pairs and exotic currencies? What factors should I consider, such as volatility, spreads, or market trends, when selecting the right pairs to trade?š¤
I have noticed that major pairs tend to have lower spreads; but cross and exotic pairs can sometimes offer higher volatility, which could lead to bigger moves.
On the other hand, these pairs might also be riskier, and the liquidity might not be as high.
