Vidalista 60 is a higher-dose version of the medication Vidalista, which contains Tadalafil as its active ingredient. It is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, and like other PDE5 inhibitors, it works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, increasing blood flow, and helping achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. Tadalafil in Vidalista 60 works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which helps relax the smooth muscle in the blood vessels of the penis, allowing for increased blood flow and facilitating an erection when sexually stimulated.
