Since they have really changed my life, I wanted to share my recent path with life coaching sessions. At first, I was a little dubious—who isn't—but I eventually felt stuck in both my personal and professional life. One of the best decisions I have ever taken for myself is diving into life coaching.
For those who have not tried it, a life coach combines elements of a mentor, strategist, and accountability friend. They are here to assist you in discovering your desired career path and means of arrival, not to advise you on what to do. My coach probed me carefully and guided me toward realizing the aspirations I had buried and the principles I had not been giving top priority.
