I’ve been thinking about switching up how I ship my products and was curious about using a custom mailer box instead of plain ones. Right now, I just use standard brown cartons they get the job done, but they don’t exactly stand out.
I saw some examples on Lsx Packaging where people had simple designs printed on their mailer boxes, and it looked pretty nice without being over the top. Part of me feels like it could make the unboxing experience better, but I’m not sure if customers really notice things like that or just toss the box aside.
Has anyone here gone with a custom mailer box for their business? Did you feel like it added real value, or was it more of a “just looks cool” kind of thing?
